I am Charise, a Certified Professional Coach specializing in inner beauty to empower women to minimize energy given to outside influences and take complete control of their well-being.
I work with QUEENS ages 35+ that need healing from being brow-beaten or hurt (emotional/mental/physical) – this can be through business or personal relationships and a plethora of any other dynamics of life.
Her life may look ‘put together’ to those on the outside. However, her esteem is a range of low to false high. She may want to work in one or more of the following areas: self-acceptance, self-confidence, self-esteem, self-love, and/or self-worth.
I can be of service as a life coach in helping her get out of her own way through a journey of self-discovery, identifying how to be true to herself, and offering techniques for up-building the inner self through activities and personal challenges.
